We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1.1 The product received was damaged or defective upon delivery. 1.2 The product delivered does not match the order placed (e.g., wrong size, design, or color). 1.3 The product was not delivered within the specified shipping time frame due to reasons directly attributable to Neriah Industria.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:

2.1 Products used, washed, or altered after delivery. 2.2 Issues arising from improper usage, maintenance, or natural wear and tear. 2.3 Custom or personalized orders, unless damaged or defective. 2.4 Minor color or design variations due to differences in display settings.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

3.1 Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. 3.2 Provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt). 3.3 Share clear photographs of the product showing the issue.

4. Refund Approval and Processing

4.1 Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days. 4.2 If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 4.3 In cases of rejected refunds, we will provide a clear explanation.

 

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement over a refund:

5.1 We will ship a replacement product free of charge if your refund request meets the eligibility criteria. 5.2 Replacement requests must also be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

6. Shipping Costs

6.1 If the refund or replacement is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. 6.2 For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
